Stephen Jackson is a trial lawyer with over 40 year’s experience at all levels of Ontario Courts and tribunals, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. Stephen’s practice includes, contract and commercial disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, estate litigation, mortgage enforcement, commercial lease disputes, real property disputes and construction matters.
