Shoshanna advises the firm’s business clients on a wide variety of commercial matters, including contracts, business operations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and governance. Prior to completing her articles with KFG Law, Shoshanna graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law.
